payment information

> i only accept payment through paypal. the invoice will be in PHP but my commission prices will be listed in USD. conversion fees and transaction fees will be shouldered by me.> the commissioner will be invoiced before i send a preliminary sketch. i will not proceed with the commission without payment.> if a commission is cancelled by the commissioner, they shall pay a fair and reasonable amount on account of the cancellation fee depending on how much of the commission has been completed by me.

turnaround time & queue policy

> sign up for my waitlist if you would like to reserve a slot in a future date!> please check availability on my trello. the queue of my workload as well as my progress for each commission can be viewed there as well.> delivery of the work will depend on the complexity of the piece and my personal schedule. refer to the price list for an estimated turnaround of each type of commission.

general notes

> i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. i also reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork to my social media.> the commissioner shall pay all invoices within 15 days of the date of the invoice. i reserve the right to charge interest at the monthly rate of 8% the base rate for the time being, to accrue daily from the due date until payment is received.> i will allow one free round of revisions for each stage of the commission (sketch, colors, final render). the commissioner will be given one week to send revision notes back to me. if no notes are given within this period, i will proceed to the next stage or consider the commission completed if it's in the final render stage.> if the commissioner heavily changes the brief after the payment stage, i may require additional payment. i may refuse to carry out changes which substantially change the nature of the commission.> the commissioner shall ensure the illustrator is credited in any editorial, promotional, and personal use of the artwork.> do not alter the artwork without my consent. do not reproduce my art commercially if you do not have a license. do not use it for ai-assisted technology and do not use it for nfts.
